Dometri Companies schedules a personal credit evaluation and analysis with each client to review line by line every negative item that could be affecting your current credit scores.  We help build a strategic plan to help build and restore your credit.

We understand everyone’s credit situation is different. This is why we take the time to create an individual plan to address your unique situation.

We have several different Phases, Steps and Evaluations to create a custom plan that’s right to fit your needs.

  • PHASE 2-Forced Verification Letters
  • PHASE 3- Updated Evaluation
  • PHASE 4- Payment negotiations, payoffs, settlements
  • PHASE 5- Final Credit Evaluation for financing!

Step 1.) Your Credit Education & Evaluation Session:

Client is scheduled for a 30 minute personal evaluation with a credit specialist.  A thorough analysis of all three credit reports is completed with a strategic plan to improve and rebuild your credit.  We also provide extensive credit education and teach you how the credit system works in order to help you transform your credit score.

Step 2.) The Credit Repair Process Begins:  

Once your credit reports are received, our staff will enter the information into our database. Then our credit repair specialist will contact you, together you will both figure out the best dispute rationale. Credit Repair specialist will review each derogatory item in your credit report to determine which items are incorrectly reporting. The Credit Specialist simply needs to understand what happened so they know how to prepare the dispute letters to the credit bureaus. We mail approximately 3-4 letters to each credit bureau – EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, TRANSUNION per week. Each borrower is different, some borrowers have 3 weeks of letters for the first phase and other will have 25 weeks etc. therefore the time frames for when Phase 1 will be completed will differ per person.

Step 3.) Progress Reports, Phases, & Updates: 

You will go through a total of 3 Phases of credit repair from start to finish –There is no rushing the phases, or skipping any – it’s the process to follow in order to yield the best results.  Each client’s time frame is different. The months of Credit Repair needed per client are determined based off of the amount of derogatory accounts that need to be disputed. The credit repair contract is set up on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 and so on months of credit repair, which is all pre-determined in the initial prequalification process.

 

THE CREDIT REPAIR PROCESS

Step 1: Utility Bill Request:  You will receive an email; request for your utility bill to start the credit repair process.

 Step 2: File Set Up:   Once the utility bill is received, the file will be put into “Credit Repair Set Up” (you will be emailed a notification “File Set Up”). Phase 1 will begin about 1 week after your “File Set Up” email notification.

 Step 3: The “3” Phases of the Credit Repair Process    (Time Frames are based on each individual)

 

The “3 Phases” of the Credit Repair Process:

Phase 1 – Initial Credit Repair Letters:

Phase 1 is when the “Initial Dispute Letters” are sent to each reporting bureaus (EX, TU, EQ) derogatory accounts.

What to Expect in Phase 1:

  • We mail approximately 3-4 letters to each credit bureau – EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, TRANSUNION per week.
  • Each Client is different, some borrowers have 3 weeks of letters for the first phase and other will have 25 weeks etc. therefore the time frames for when Phase 1 will be completed will differ per person.
  • You will be sent a Reminder to Open a “secured card/credit card” for credit score increase
  • Remember to start sending the response letters you receive in the mail to your agent with Dometri Credit Repair
  • When Phase 1 is Completed all parties will be notified via email “Phase 1 Completed”
    ** You will start receiving the response letters about 30 days after the process has started, HOLD all response letters until requested from your Credit repair agent.**

Phase 2 – Aggressive & Forced Verification Credit Repair letters:  

Phase 2 is when the “Aggressive and Forced Verification” dispute letters are sent directly to the creditors.

What to expect in Phase 2:

  • This next set of dispute letters are determined on what kind of response letters are received from the credit bureaus from the initial disputes sent out in phase 1.
  • Phase 2 letters typically yields better results than Phase 1 (in many cases).
  • When Phase 2 is Completed all parties will be notified via email “Phase 2 Completed” In addition the email will notify all parties when (what date) to expect the “Phase 3 Evaluation Report & Requests” (including the 1st credit re pull).

Phase 3 – Evaluation Report & Requests (1st Credit Re Pull):

You will be emailed the First Evaluation Report & Requests (including the 1st credit re pull results).

This Evaluation Report & Request Consists of 3 Parts:

- Results from phase 1 & phase 2 Credit Repair Disputes, The number of successfully deleted negative reporting’s
- New Credit Scores
- Additional Credit Repair (if needed because of new negative reporting’s to credit)
